You can use this page to update your company headquarters information, add payment methods, and add branches.

Company Headquarters

You can update basic company information, like name, industry, website, contact info, and tax ID here. You can also update the sequence format of invoices, credit notes, and PO numbers.

You can update the company name directly.

Company information is updated in both invoice details and payment details.

You can a tax ID number that shows on new invoices along with the company address.

Payment Methods

You can add new payment method or edit an existing one. When editing an existing one, you can update the payment configuration as well.

Payment methods may be restricted by your organization. If so, you will not be able to add a new payment method here via the Add payment method button.

 

Adding a Branch

In addition to updating your headquarters information and payment methods, you can also add a branch.You can add similar information for a branch, including the basic information listed above and payment methods that are specific to the branch.

A branch is a subsidiary or part of a larger company.

This could be a specific office or region that falls under the main company banner.
